mile wu to the cemetery then started the first steady state run of the season. Started out the first mile and felt really calm and confident. Our pace was 6:20-7:20 and for the first mile we ended up hitting a 6:53 which was good. mile 2 it got harder and mile 3 i had to surge a lot to stay on pace but I ended with a 7:05 ap and I'm way happy with that! Stretched a little because I'm feeling way sore from yesterday then abs, hips, and push-ups.
